1. How do I register online?: Before registering online an account must be set up. If you are unsure if you have an existing account please call the Hunt Building 978-287-1050 and someone will assist you. Please see the attachment for more details. Online Registration Instructions

2. What types of payment does the Recreation Department accept?: The Recreation Department accepts cash, check and credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

3. Does Concord Recreation provide financial assistance?: Yes. The Town of Concord, MA is committed to making its Recreation Department programs, activities, and special events available to as many citizens as possible. This financial assistance program has been established to meet the needs of individuals and families judged to have limited financial resources. To assure that all residents and public school students are able to access our programs, we are proud to provide financial assistance to those that qualify.

1. How do I know if a class is cancelled?: Participants should call the hotline. We will update the tennis hotline - 978-287-1055 - an hour before each class if we are cancelling due to weather. We try to cancel with as much notice as possible but depending on weather, class can be cancelled with less than an hour till start time.

2. What is my level of play?: If you have a question about level of play, it is best to call the tennis office and we can help you pick the best class.
